SVP, Consulting Services and Product Sales
Randy is responsible for providing managed accounting services for NeoSystems’ government contractor client base. Along with the strategic management of his client’s accounting departments, Randy also specializes in designing and implementing Deltek Costpoint and GCS solutions.
Prior to joining NeoSystems, Randy held a wide range of roles at Deltek, including Vice President of Quality Control, Vice President of Software Design, and Managing Director for Sales, Services, and Account Management. Within these roles, Randy implemented Deltek solutions for clients in multiple industries in both the government contracting and commercial spaces. His clients included systems integrators, research firms, architecture and engineering firms, and not-for-profit organizations. Randy has also presented sessions at the company’s annual users conference. Previous to Deltek, Randy held several positions at Computer Sciences Corporation in Accounting, Program Control, Pricing, and Software Consulting, Development and Support.
In total, Randy has over 25 years of experience within the government contracting industry. He has become a proven leader in developing back office strategies that lower operating costs and promote compliance with government standards for his clients. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from East Carolina University.
Sr. Vice President, Sales
Matt Fogo joins the NeoSystems team with over 25 years of Sales, Services/Delivery, Partner, Project and Product Management experience and a solid background in ERP, Accounting and Financial Systems. His direct experience as a former Controller and broad-based, cross-functional ERP background enables Matt to understand every nuance of the client’s journey and understand customer pain points across the enterprise to deliver superior, quantitative-based results.
Matt spearheads every aspect of NeoSystems’ Sales efforts and plays a critical role in supporting NeoSystems clients. NeoSystems customers benefit greatly from Matt’s deep knowledge of Deltek’s solutions, government contracting and the ERP landscape. Matt owns NeoSystems’ key strategic partnerships with Deltek, Ultimate Software, IBM, and NetSuite to ensure they are optimized for mutual success.
For the last three years, Matt served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dassian Inc., a key partner in the SAP Partner ecosystem. He established Dassian as a dominant software company in the delivery of functionality specific to professional services firms and government contractors. He led all sales and marketing functions, growing pipeline over 400% in his three years there.
Matt honed his solutions and sales expertise during his 17 years at Deltek, Inc where he held several key leadership roles that enabled the company to grow from $40M to $350M in revenue. As Vice President of Sales, Matt helped negotiate many of the largest deals in the company’s history. He was also instrumental in managing enterprise client engagements and in establishing the sales enablement function.
Earlier in his career, Matt worked for government contracting companies and rose to the position of Controller and Acting CFO.
Matt received a Masters Degree in Federal Contracting from George Washington University and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Mary Washington College.
Vice President, Commercial and Nonprofit Client Services
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Ross Robinson leads NeoSystems’ BPO team, which provides clients with strategic financial services, operations management, audit support, and comprehensive back office services. The BPO team specializes in customizing solutions for clients and leading implementations of internal controls, policies, and procedures. This frees up client’s resources so they can focus on their core issues, programs, and businesses rather than managing operations.
Before joining NeoSystems, Ross was retained as the Consulting CFO at both the Galapagos Conservancy and the National Association for Search and Rescue. For these organizations, Ross provided oversight of all the accounting functions, including forecasting, inter-fund reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Ross’ experience also includes senior executive positions with Michael Round Fine China and Crystal, a local retailer and mail order firm, the Stuart McGuire Company, a $50M ready to wear mail order operation, the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science, BankCard Holders of America and others. Ross graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
